When jobseeking the career profile is an iProfile, the online CV, and whilst in work it is a SkillsProfile, an up-to-date verified record of an individual’s skills and achievements.

• 3 million UK workers already have an iProfile
• 12 million UK workers will soon have a SkillsProfile to capture their achievements through exclusive agreements with 6 employer-led and Government-backed Sector Skills Council
• 6 million Union workers will soon be given a SkillsProfile following the adoption by the training arm of the TUC
• 1 million volunteers will soon have a SkillsProfile (known as V Passport) to store their volunteering work
